Who We Are
Historic Healthcare LLC was created in 2022 and is a provider agency for the Department of Disability Services (DDS). We provide services that meet the health, habilitation, social, and educational needs of DC residents with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Historic Healthcare LLC provides compassionate healthcare services in the District of Columbia, and to achieve the best and most favorable outcomes, we use a holistic approach that focuses on individualized, person-centered care. We are honored to have a team of exceptionally skilled professionals carefully chosen to be part of our interdisciplinary family.
